Eric Hampton partnered with Exeter Street Capital Partners in 2024 as a Special Advisor to support investment initiatives in its portfolio companies. Mr. Hampton brings more than 10 years of private equity, investment banking, and corporate development expertise to Exeter Street Capital Partners.
He is the founding member and principal of Understory Capital Management, an investment firm focused on investments in service-oriented businesses. Throughout his career, he has led M&A transactions, debt and equity raises and various other strategic management initiatives, primarily in the Transportation & Logistics, Business Services, Facility Services, and I.T. Services industries. He has investment banking experience with Stifel Financial (NYSE:SF) and Janney Montgomery Scott.
